About
I am a warm, open-hearted therapist with extensive experience in caring and educational roles. My approach to psychotherapy is primarily humanistic, integrative therapy drawing from person centred, gestalt and existential therapies. I work collaboratively with each client, adapting my approach to suit their individual needs.

When helpful, I also integrate creative methods into sessions to support expression, reflection, and deeper understanding.
I have experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including grief, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, separation, depression, anxiety, spirituality, meaning-making, and navigating moments of personal crisis.

Every client’s journey is unique, and the goals of therapy differ for each person. My role is to be fully present and attentive, offering a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and grow at their own pace. I aim to meet each person holistically, supporting them in developing greater awareness, resilience, and self-understanding.

I deeply value the uniqueness of each person. My intention is to create a space where clients feel genuinely accepted, while approaching their inner world with curiosity and care. Compassion, curiosity, and empathy are central to my work, helping to foster and support meaningful insight and positive change.
